ISIR / ESRI 2016
Dear members of our scientific communities, dear colleagues,
It is our honor to invite you to participate at the 13th Congress of the International Society for Immunology of Reproduction. ISIR meetings are organized triennially and this time it will be jointly held together with the annual meeting of the European Society for Reproductive Immunology (ESRI) on June 22-25, 2016, in Erfurt, Germany.
The congress will bring together the world’s most prestigious scientists and clinicians in reproductive immunology. A total of nine plenary sessions will focus on cutting edge research in reproductive immunological topics fundamental in health and disease in reproduction and pregnancy.
Please note that the congress will be opened with a key note lecture on June 22, 6 pm (CET). We are pleased to announce Professor Toni Cathomen, Medical Center - University of Freiburg, Germany, who will be discussing most recent advances in targeted genome editing with highly specific designer nucleases in his talk entitled “Gene editing – from modeling diseases to treating patients”.
The small city of Erfurt captivates with its timber-framed houses, Gothic churches, and medieval secular architecture. It can be easily reached e.g. from Frankfurt Airport in a bit more than two hours by a direct high-speed train connection departing approx. every hour.
We hope that you will be able to join us during the meeting and consider you an important part of what promises to be an excellent program discussing recent progress in reproductive immunology with international colleagues.
